Only this time remove all Logitech files. I don't know if there any specific drivers. I checked the drivers for the cam and the drivers seem to be the generic Windows 10 drivers. I tried to unplug the cam, re-install it, re-install the G HUB software, doesn't matter cause the result is always the same. Uninstall and reinstall it first, but if that doesn't work uninstall again. As you can see the pic below, even if I move the slidebar, the zoom stays 100. ![]()
